WARM-UP & CLOSE

What You Take Away

In a checkup, the opening and the ending matter just as much. The warm-up uses W Wordplay · Odd One Out to measure "dare you speak up, and how do you speak" ahead of everything, establishing a behavioral baseline for the whole session; the closing uses Pact Signing and One-Sentence Commitment to turn what was seen on the spot into something executable and remindable — data that doesn't land is the same as never having happened.

WARM-UP & CLOSE · Warm-up and Closing

How it opens, how it closes

The warm-up decides whether people dare to tell the truth during the session; the closing decides what the team and each person actually take away once it ends. Neither segment counts as a game on its own, but both must land — otherwise all the behavioral data from the dozen-plus games before them ends up with nothing left.

WARM-UP · 15–25 MIN · 2–8 people

W Wordplay · Odd One Out

Pick the "different" one out of 3 words — everyone speaks at once, no waiting for others to go first; the second round requires "choose again with a different reason." Observe the association path, and the attitude after a public statement — does a wrong choice mean holding firm or switching words.

Use: icebreaking, and a baseline measurement of "daring to speak."

CLOSE 01 · 25 MIN · All participants

Pact Signing

Show the team's top three sticking points on the big screen → split into groups by sticking point and claim them → each group writes three way-of-being pacts in a fixed format, "When ______ happens, we ______, and ______ is responsible for the reminder" → read aloud on the spot and pass by show of hands → print and sign, sync the digital copy to the AI team space.

Output: a team way-of-being pact.

CLOSE 02 · 15 MIN · All participants

One-Sentence Commitment

Each person writes one line, "Starting today, I give myself permission to ______" → share voluntarily → log in to ai.mulanxu.com and save it; the AI remembers today and reminds you in its daily push.

Output: an AI personality profile each person can keep talking with.

01W · Wordplay · Odd One Out (warm-up)

Pick the "different" one out of 3 words — everyone speaks at once, no waiting for others to go first; the second round requires "choose again with a different reason." This question has no correct answer; what we want is the second you speak up.

  1. Setting the question: each round shows 3 words, one of which is "different" from the other two (no correct answer).
  2. Speak at once: everyone calls out their chosen word simultaneously; no waiting for others to go first, no glancing at others.
  3. Give the reason: once chosen, each person gives one line on "why this one" — the reason may be wild, but it must be your own.
  4. Round two: switch to another set of words and require "choose again with a different reason," to see whether anyone switches words after a public statement.
  5. Record only, don't judge: the host records "who spoke first / the type of reason / whether they switched," without judging right or wrong or commenting.
Observation itemWhat to record
Association pathWhich category the chosen word leans toward — form / meaning / scenario / emotion
Attitude after going publicAfter a wrong choice, do they hold their original pick or switch words on the spot
Who speaks firstWho doesn't wait for others to speak, and who always waits for others to move

Host script: "This question has no correct answer; what I want is the second you speak up." Record only three things in the whole room — who spoke first, which type the reason is, and whether anyone switched words after going public; do not comment on who chose right or whose reason is good.

02Closing One · Pact Signing (25 min)

  1. 0–5 min Show the sticking points: show the team's top three sticking points on the big screen (derived from data, not subjective judgment).
  2. 5–10 min Claim and split: split into groups by sticking point; each group claims the one that resonates most with it.
  3. 10–20 min Write the pact: each group writes three way-of-being pacts in a fixed format, "When ______ happens, we ______, and ______ is responsible for the reminder."
  4. 20–23 min Read aloud and pass: read aloud on the spot; the whole room passes by show of hands.
  5. 23–25 min Seal it: print and sign, sync the digital copy to the AI team space.

The way-of-being pact format is fixed: "When ______ happens, we ______, and ______ is responsible for the reminder." Output: a team way-of-being pact.

Key reminder: "Communicate more" is not a pact; "sync for 15 minutes at 10 a.m. every Wednesday" is.

03Closing Two · One-Sentence Commitment (15 min)

  1. 0–5 min Write the commitment: each person writes one line, "Starting today, I give myself permission to ______."
  2. 5–12 min Share voluntarily: those who wish read theirs out; no forcing.
  3. 12–15 min Save it: log in to ai.mulanxu.com and save it into your AI personality profile; the AI remembers today and reminds you in its daily push.

Output: an AI personality profile each person can keep talking with. A commitment neither written down nor saved will be forgotten tomorrow.
