The Platform is a "unified access gateway and scenario-based application integration tool for 12 domestic AI large models" and does not train or develop foundation models itself. When using the Platform, you may encounter the following situations, which are hereby explained:
- Built-in disclaimers of AI large models:Some domestic AI large models already include disclaimers such as "for reference and self-awareness" in their system prompts. The Platform respects and conveys such prompts in full, without deleting, altering, or overriding them.
- AI large models without explicit prompts:Some AI large models may not have sufficiently prominent "auxiliary reference" prompts at the system level. The Platform proactively appends similar notices through application-layer prompt engineering to ensure that all users are clearly aware that AI output is for auxiliary reference only.
- Use of the Platform constitutes consent:By using the Platform's integrated workflow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the "auxiliary reference" prompts carried by the AI large models themselves also apply to any AI output you obtain through the Platform. All AI output is solely for your auxiliary reference and self-awareness and does not constitute professional advice, commitments, or guarantees.
- Non-reliance principle:The Platform strongly recommends that users exercise rational judgment regarding any AI output, which should not be used as the basis for major life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters.

2.2 Matters You Should Independently Verify
For the following matters, you should conduct your own independent verification; the Platform assumes no responsibility for their authenticity, accuracy, or reliability:

- Any form of "feudal superstition" activity.
V. Notes on "Promotional Statements"
The Platform's external communications may use neutral scientific terms such as "analysis," "assessment," "quantification," "identification," and "recommendation." None of these terms constitutes a commitment regarding future facts; they merely describe the functionality of AI algorithms.

VI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform assumes no liability for any decisions you make based on AI output or their consequences;
- The Platform assumes no liability for the conduct of other users;
- The Platform assumes no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or regulatory actions);
- Under no circumstances shall the Platform's liability to you exceed the total membership fees/Token fees you actually paid on the Platform in the most recent 12 months.
VII. Copyright and Responsibility for AI Content
In accordance with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services:
- As a provider of generative AI services, the Platform assumes the primary responsibility of a content producer;
- For AI-generated content (text, images, conversations) involving copyright, the Platform assumes responsibility in accordance with the law;
- You may not use the content generated by the Platform's AI for purposes that infringe upon the rights of others or violate laws and regulations.
VIII. Changes to This Disclaimer
This Disclaimer may be modified in response to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. Material changes will be communicated to you through prominent means such as in-site messages or app pop-ups. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
IX. Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall negotiate in good faith; if negotiations fail, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at that time.
