Welcome to MulanXu® (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). This Agreement is entered into by and between you and MULANXU.COM regarding your use of the Platform's services. Before using the Platform's services, please read all terms of this Agreement carefully. By clicking "Agree" or actually using the Platform's services, you are deemed to have fully understood, acknowledged, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

To avoid any misunderstanding or legal risk, the Platform hereby expressly declares:

Notes on the Built-in Features of the 12 Domestic AI Large Models

The Platform is a "unified access gateway and scenario-based application integration tool for 12 domestic AI large models" and does not train or develop foundation models itself. When using the Platform, you may encounter the following situations, which are hereby explained:

1. Built-in disclaimers of AI large models:Some domestic AI large models already include disclaimers such as "for reference and self-awareness" in their system prompts. The Platform respects and conveys such prompts in full, without deleting, altering, or overriding them.
2. AI large models without explicit prompts:Some AI large models may not have sufficiently prominent "auxiliary reference" prompts at the system level. The Platform proactively appends similar notices through application-layer prompt engineering to ensure that all users are clearly aware that AI output is for auxiliary reference only.
3. Use of the Platform constitutes consent:By using the Platform's integrated workflow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the "auxiliary reference" prompts carried by the AI large models themselves also apply to any AI output you obtain through the Platform. All AI output is solely for your auxiliary reference and self-awareness and does not constitute professional advice, commitments, or guarantees.
4. Non-reliance principle:The Platform strongly recommends that users exercise rational judgment regarding any AI output, which should not be used as the basis for major life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters.

I. Scope and Boundaries of Services

1.1 Services We Provide

• AI Algorithmic Matching:Based on collaborative analysis by 12 domestic self-developed AI large models, we quantitatively model dimensions such as your personality profile, values, communication style, and interests, and recommend highly compatible matches from our user base;
• Online Communication Tools:Instant messaging features including IM chat, voice messages, and photo sharing;
• Emotional Companionship Assistant:AI large model-based companionship conversations providing emotional support and emotional relief (does not constitute psychological counseling);
• Offline Club:Organization of offline high-end social events (3,000㎡ headquarters in Hangzhou + branches in other cities).

1.2 Services We Expressly Do Not Provide

To ensure compliance, the Platform does not provide the following services:

• ❌ No fortune-telling, divination, fate prediction, or metaphysical prediction:The Platform has no services such as "AI fortune-telling," "AI marriage-fate testing," "AI BaZi reading," "AI zodiac reading," or "AI love fortune prediction." All matching results are quantitative assessments based on algorithms and do not involve any feudal superstitious activities;
• ❌ No psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or psychological diagnosis:The Platform's "Emotional Companionship Assistant" is an AI dialogue tool and cannot replace a licensed psychological counselor. If you or someone around you is experiencing psychological distress, please visit a professional medical institution or call the 24-hour psychological assistance hotline: 400-161-9995 (Beijing Psychological Crisis Research and Intervention Center) or 12320-5 (National Psychological Assistance Hotline);
• ❌ No medical diagnosis, health advice, or nutrition guidance:AI output does not constitute any medical opinion;
• ❌ No legal consultation:AI output does not constitute any legal opinion;
• ❌ No "predictions" of any kind:The Platform does not predict relationship trends, marriage stability, or future happiness. All displayed "trend analyses" and "probability assessments" are algorithmic assessments based on historical data and do not constitute commitments or guarantees of future facts.

II. User Registration and Account Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity to use the Platform. Minors (under 18) are prohibited from registering for and using the Platform.

2.2 Authentic Identity

You shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, including but not limited to: real name, ID number (during verification), mobile phone number, profile photo, occupation, etc. Relationship information constitutes sensitive personal information (pursuant to Article 28 of the Personal Information Protection Law). By providing such information, you are deemed to have given your separate consent to the Platform's processing of such information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2.3 Account Security

You shall properly safeguard your account password and shall not lend, transfer, or sell your account. You shall bear any losses caused by your active disclosure or failure to fulfill your duty of care.

III. AI Output and Disclaimer

3.1 Nature of AI Output

• AI output is a probabilistic result, not a definitive fact;
• AI output may be affected by training data, model parameters, and context, and is subject to uncertainty;
• AI output does not constitute a commitment or guarantee regarding relationship outcomes, relationship trends, or the quality of personal relationships.

3.2 User's Duty to Verify

You shall independently verify matches recommended by the AI, including but not limited to: meeting in person, verifying identity, and conducting background checks. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, completeness, or accuracy of other users' profiles.

3.3 Description of the Platform's Nature as an AI Integration Tool and Its Business Model

To avoid misunderstanding, the Platform's technical positioning and business model are hereby clarified:

• The Platform is an application integration tool based on domestic AI large models (AI Application Integration Tool). Its core value lies in integrating the APIs of 12 domestic AI large models into a unified interface, allowing users to converse with, compare, and select among multiple AIs in one stop.
• The Platform does not train or develop foundation models; it only calls the APIs of third-party domestic AI large models. The models themselves are owned by their respective vendors (Baidu, Alibaba, ByteDance, Tencent, etc.), which are responsible for their compliance.
• The application-layer value-added services provided by the Platform include: prompt engineering, scenario adaptation, dialogue orchestration, quantitative analysis, matching recommendations, and user interface and experience design. This part is independently completed by the Platform and is protected by the intellectual property provisions of this Agreement.
• AI-generated content originates from the genuine responses of the original AI models. The Platform does not fabricate or alter AI output, nor does it add content beyond the user's actual request to the models; the UI framework, scoring, and recommendation rankings are independently generated by the Platform's algorithms.
• The Platform's business model is an "application integration service fee" (such as Token forwarding and invocation fees, and value-added feature subscriptions), not the sale or resale of AI models. We are responsible only for our own application-layer services; the content quality, compliance, and intellectual property of the AI models themselves are the responsibility of the respective model vendors.

IV. User Code of Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Content

You shall not create, upload, or disseminate the following content:

• Content that violates laws and regulations;
• Content that endangers national security or leaks state secrets;
• Content that damages national honor and interests;
• Content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination;
• Content that promotes feudal superstition (such as fortune-telling, divination, fate prediction, etc.);
• Content that is false, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing to others;
• Content that is obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terroristic, or incites crime;
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or reputation rights;
• Content such as commercial advertising, solicitation, or pyramid schemes;
• Other content that violates public order and good morals.

4.2 Prohibition of AI Prompt Injection

You shall not attempt, by any means, to bypass, manipulate, inject, or deceive the Platform's AI models into generating content that violates Section 4.1 of this Agreement. Upon discovery, the Platform has the right to immediately ban the account.

V. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to UI design, copy, icons, model algorithms, database structures, and code) is the intellectual property of MULANXU.COM. Without written authorization, you shall not copy, modify, disseminate, or sell any content of the Platform.

VI. Payment and Refunds

6.1 Paid Items

• Basic Membership:Free access to basic features;
• AI Advanced Edition:Pay-as-you-go based on Token usage;
• Membership Subscription:Monthly/annual subscription, including a fixed Token quota + offline club benefits.

6.2 Refund Policy

The Platform provides digital virtual services. Once activated or once Tokens are consumed, the service is deemed completed, and refunds are generally not supported. In special circumstances such as force majeure or system failures, please contact customer service for negotiation.

VII. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

The Platform has the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The modified agreement will be notified to you via in-site messages, APP notifications, etc., 7 calendar days before taking effect. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you may choose to stop using the Platform and cancel your account; continued use constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall negotiate amicably; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect.
