To avoid any misunderstanding or legal risk, the Platform hereby expressly declares:

Notes on the Built-in Features of the 12 Domestic AI Large Models

The Platform is a "unified access gateway and scenario-based application integration tool for 12 domestic AI large models" and does not train or develop foundation models itself. When using the Platform, you may encounter the following situations, which are hereby explained:

1. Built-in disclaimers of AI large models:Some domestic AI large models already include disclaimers such as "for reference and self-awareness" in their system prompts. The Platform respects and conveys such prompts in full, without deleting, altering, or overriding them.
2. AI large models without explicit prompts:Some AI large models may not have sufficiently prominent "auxiliary reference" prompts at the system level. The Platform proactively appends similar notices through application-layer prompt engineering to ensure that all users are clearly aware that AI output is for auxiliary reference only.
3. Use of the Platform constitutes consent:By using the Platform's integrated workflow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the "auxiliary reference" prompts carried by the AI large models themselves also apply to any AI output you obtain through the Platform. All AI output is solely for your auxiliary reference and self-awareness and does not constitute professional advice, commitments, or guarantees.
4. Non-reliance principle:The Platform strongly recommends that users exercise rational judgment regarding any AI output, which should not be used as the basis for major life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters.

I. Platform Nature and Service Description

1.1 Platform Positioning

MulanXu® is an application integration tool based on domestic Chinese artificial intelligence (AI) large models operated by MULANXU.COM. Its principal business includes relationship and social matching, emotional companionship conversations, and offline high-end social events.

1.2 Service Description

The Platform is not involved in any feudal superstitious activities such as fortune-telling, divination, fate reading, or prediction, nor does it provide professional services such as psychological counseling, psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or legal consultation. For details on service boundaries, please see the Disclaimer.

1.3 Application Integration Tool Attributes

The Platform is an application integration tool for AI large models (AI Application Integration Tool), which calls the API interfaces of 12 domestic self-developed AI large models to provide quantitative analysis and recommendation services for relationship analysis scenarios. The Platform itself does not train foundation models and only engages in application-layer innovation oriented toward relationship scenarios.

1.4 Platform Business Model and Value Statement

To avoid misunderstanding, the Platform's technical boundaries and commercial substance are hereby clarified:

• Integration model:The Platform is a unified access layer for domestic AI large models, integrating the APIs of 12 domestic AI large models into one platform, allowing users to converse with, compare, and select from multiple AIs in one place.
• No model training:The Platform does not train or develop foundation models; it only calls third-party domestic AI large model APIs. The models themselves are owned by their respective vendors (Baidu, Alibaba, ByteDance, Tencent, etc.), which are responsible for their compliance.
• Application-layer value-added services:The application-layer services independently provided by the Platform include prompt engineering, scenario adaptation, dialogue orchestration, quantitative analysis, matching recommendations, and UI/UX design. This part is independently completed by the Platform, which holds the intellectual property rights.
• Content authenticity:AI-generated content originates from the genuine responses of the original AI models; the Platform does not fabricate or alter AI output. The UI framework, scoring systems, and recommendation rankings are independently generated by the Platform's algorithms.
• Business model:The Platform's business model consists of "application integration service fees" (Token forwarding and invocation fees, value-added feature subscriptions, offline club membership fees, etc.), not the sale or resale of AI models. The Platform is responsible only for its own application-layer services; the content quality, compliance, and intellectual property of the AI models themselves are the responsibility of the respective model vendors.

The Platform operates in strict compliance with the following laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China:

• Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China
• Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China
• Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services
• Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services (implemented by seven departments including the Cyberspace Administration of China in August 2023)
• Regulations on the Management of Internet Relationship and Social Networking Services
• Regulations on the Management of Internet User Account Information Services
• Methods for Identifying Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps

IV. Government and Regulatory Engagement

4.1 Regulatory Filing

In accordance with the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, the Platform has completed the generative AI service filing with the local cyberspace administration, and cooperates with the supervision and guidance of local public security, market regulation, cyberspace, and communications administration authorities.

4.2 Real-Name Verification and Anti-Fraud

In accordance with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law, the Platform implements real-name verification for all users and is connected to the National Anti-Fraud Center big data platform, conducting real-time risk monitoring and handling of accounts suspected of fraud or violations.

4.3 Reporting of Illegal Information

The Platform maintains a 24-hour illegal information patrol mechanism, accepts user reports and regulatory directives, and upon discovering illegal information immediately deletes, blocks, disconnects links, and ceases transmission, preserves relevant records, and reports to the competent authorities.

4.4 Cooperation with Public Security Investigations

In accordance with Article 28 of the Cybersecurity Law, upon receiving judicial assistance requests from public security authorities, the Platform lawfully cooperates with law enforcement work such as data retrieval, user identity verification, and case investigation assistance.

By registering, logging in, or using any service of the Platform, you are deemed to have fully read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to accept all of the following:

1. The User Agreement (including service scope, user conduct standards, AI output disclaimers, and dispute resolution)
2. The Privacy Policy (including collection and use of personal information, separate consent for sensitive information, and exercise of user rights)
3. The Disclaimer (including service boundaries, nature of AI output, and limitation of liability)
4. This Compliance Statement (including platform nature, list of domestic AI models, regulatory engagement, and platform commitments)
