To avoid any misunderstanding or legal risk, the Platform hereby expressly declares:

Notes on the Built-in Features of the 12 Domestic AI Large Models

The Platform is a "unified access gateway and scenario-based application integration tool for 12 domestic AI large models" and does not train or develop foundation models itself. When using the Platform, you may encounter the following situations, which are hereby explained:

1. Built-in disclaimers of AI large models:Some domestic AI large models already include disclaimers such as "for reference and self-awareness" in their system prompts. The Platform respects and conveys such prompts in full, without deleting, altering, or overriding them.
2. AI large models without explicit prompts:Some AI large models may not have sufficiently prominent "auxiliary reference" prompts at the system level. The Platform proactively appends similar notices through application-layer prompt engineering to ensure that all users are clearly aware that AI output is for auxiliary reference only.
3. Use of the Platform constitutes consent:By using the Platform's integrated workflow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the "auxiliary reference" prompts carried by the AI large models themselves also apply to any AI output you obtain through the Platform. All AI output is solely for your auxiliary reference and self-awareness and does not constitute professional advice, commitments, or guarantees.
4. Non-reliance principle:The Platform strongly recommends that users exercise rational judgment regarding any AI output, which should not be used as the basis for major life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters.

• Log information: IP address, access time, pages visited, click records;
• Location information: collected only with your explicit authorization, used to recommend users in the same city;

• Providing core services:AI matching recommendations, personality analysis, emotional companionship conversations;
• Real-name verification:Verifying user identity as required by the Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law;

• Customer support:Handling your inquiries, complaints, and disputes;
• Service improvement:Analyzing usage data to optimize product experience (using only aggregated statistics that do not involve personal identity);
• Legal and regulatory requirements:Cooperating with regulatory authorities in lawful inquiries and investigations.

III. AI Models and Data Processing

3.1 List of Domestic AI Large Models Used

The Platform uses the following 12 domestic self-developed AI large models working in collaboration (all serving mainland China):

3.2 Data Processing Methods

• Your input data (such as personality test answers and conversations with AI assistants) is transmitted encrypted to the API interfaces of the above domestic AI large models for processing;
• All AI models are versions serving mainland China, and data processing is completed entirely within China;
• We commit: we do not use any overseas AI large models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), and there is no cross-border data transmission;
• API call records are retained for 6 months, used only for compliance audits and troubleshooting;
• We have signed data processing agreements with each AI model vendor, requiring them to process data in accordance with China's Personal Information Protection Law and Data Security Law.

IV. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, you enjoy the following rights:

4.1 Right to Know and Decide

You have the right to know how we process your personal information (see this Policy for details).

4.2 Right to Access and Copy

You may access and copy your personal information in the APP under "Me - Settings - Personal Profile."

4.3 Right to Correct and Supplement

You may modify and supplement your personal information at any time.

4.4 Right to Delete

You may delete all of your personal information via "Settings - Cancel Account." After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.

4.5 Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of sensitive personal information (relationship information, emotional conversations) at any time. After withdrawal, certain features (such as AI matching) will become unavailable.

V. Protection of Minors

The Platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. We do not proactively collect information from minors. If a minor is found to have registered, we will immediately ban the account and delete their information. If you are the guardian of a minor and discover that your child is using the Platform without consent, please contact customer service immediately.

VI. Data Security

• Access control:Principle of least privilege; employee access requires approval + audit;
• Security audits:Quarterly third-party security penetration testing;

VII. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be modified in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. Material changes will be notified to you through prominent means such as in-site messages and APP pop-ups. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.

Applicable Terms for the Mulan Personality Assessment (ce.mulanxu.com)

(1) What We Collect

• Anonymous identifiers:A random ID stored in a browser Cookie (valid for one year), your Mulan Code, and a share token. No account, no phone number, no password.
• Your choices:The question number and option of each decision you make, its source, and the five-dimension vectors calculated from them.
• One action per day:The real behavior you record for that day (including the original text of the situation and the action you took), used to generate your behavioral time series.
• Your submissions:The situations and actions you voluntarily fill in, which enter the review pool only.
• Optional information:Birthday (month-day), birth year, gender, birthplace, and city. All may be left blank, modified, or cleared, and they do not participate in personality determination.
• Email:Saved only when you actively subscribe to the Daily posts, via double opt-in, with one-click unsubscribe at any time. If you do not subscribe, there is no email at all.

(2) What We Do Not Collect

ID number, phone number, real name, home address, contacts, precise geolocation, communications content, and device fingerprint.

(3) How Location Is Handled

• We do not store IP addresses. For anti-abuse rate limiting, only a hash of the IP is stored, and it is overwritten as soon as the time window ends.
• When fetching weather, we read the country code written back by Cloudflare, use it once, discard it, and never store it.
• The city is filled in by you, and may be modified at any time or cleared by tapping "Rather not say"; weather cache is stored only to an 11 km grid and contains no user identifiers.

(4) What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your choice records; we do not provide data that identifies you to any third party; we do not build cross-platform profiles; and we do not serve personalized advertising. Aggregated statistics (norms, 16-type distribution) are bucketed by score and cannot be traced back to an individual.

This site uses only two cookies: ce_uid (anonymous identity, one year) and ce_lang (language preference, one year), both set with HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Lax, and not used for advertising tracking. Clearing your browser data clears your anonymous identity; your reports and Daily posts can be retrieved using your Mulan Code.

(7) Your Rights

• Reset:Tap "Get a New One" on your report page and your old Mulan Code is invalidated immediately, so no one else can look you up even with it.
• Clear optional information:Birthday, gender, birthplace, and city can be modified or cleared at any time.
• Unsubscribe:One-click unsubscribe at the bottom of every Daily post.
• Deletion:To delete all of your records, please email pr@mulanxu.com, and we will process your request within 15 working days.

This section applies only to the Mulan Personality Assessment (ce.mulanxu.com). Users of ai.mulanxu.com continue to follow the main body of this statement.

1. No Registration

Open it and start — no phone number, no email, no password, no real-name verification. The only things that identify you are a random anonymous ID stored in your browser (valid for one year) and an 8-digit Mulan code.

2. What We Collect

• Your choices on each question (question number, option, source) and the five-dimensional vector computed from them
• One action per day: the behavior you write down that actually happened that day (including the situation and what you did)
• Your three-level feedback on whether today's result felt accurate
• Your submissions: situations and actions you voluntarily fill in
• Optional fields: birthday (month-day), birth year, gender, birthplace, city — all may be left blank, edited, or cleared; none affect personality assessment
• Email: only saved if you actively subscribe to the daily post; double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe at any time. No email is kept if you do not subscribe.

3. What We Do Not Collect

National ID number, phone number, real name, home address, contacts, precise geographic location, device fingerprint.

4. How Location Is Handled

• We do not store IP addresses. Anti-abuse rate-limiting stores only the IP hash, which is overwritten once the time window expires.
• Weather lookup reads the country code returned by Cloudflare, used once and discarded — not written to any database.
• City is entered by you, editable at any time or cleared via a "Prefer not to say" button. Weather caching uses roughly 11-kilometer precision grids with no user identifier attached.

5. Your Submissions

Submissions go into a review pool only: they are never shown publicly to other users, never attributed to you, and never read by any page before acceptance. Please do not include real names, contact details, organization names, or any information that could identify a specific individual or organization.

Only two cookies: ce_uid (anonymous identity, one year) and ce_lang (language, one year). Both are HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Lax and are not used for ad tracking.

7. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your choice records; we do not provide identifiable user data to third parties; we do not build cross-platform user profiles; we do not serve personalized ads. Aggregate statistics (norms, 16-type distribution) are bucketed by score and cannot be reverse-engineered to identify individuals.

8. Age

This assessment is a general personality exploration tool with no age gate. Users under 18 should use it with parental or guardian guidance. If you visit ai.mulanxu.com to participate in the AI emotional interactive drama, the registration and age rules of that product apply.
