AI Safety & Ethics Center

I. Four Governance Principles

🛡️
Continuous Compliance
Strict adherence to laws and regulations including the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services, the Interim Measures for the Management of AI Anthropomorphic Interaction Services, the Personal Information Protection Law, and the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace.
📋
Auditability
A complete audit chain covering content review, log retention, model invocation, and user operations, cooperating with regulatory inspections and third-party compliance assessments.
🔍
Traceability
Every piece of AI output can be traced to the specific model version, prompt template, knowledge base version, and timestamp, ensuring a reviewable chain of evidence in the event of disputes.
⚖️
Controllable Risk
A full-process risk loop of "identification — assessment — mitigation — monitoring — handling," applying the most conservative strategies to scenarios involving anthropomorphic emotions, minor protection, and crisis intervention.
